Board meetings are convened at 7:00 PM, unless otherwise advertised in advance of the meeting.
The board of School Trustees currently meets in the Board Room at the Administration Center, 315 E. North Dr, bloomington.

The annual calendar in no way restricts the Board's ability to establish special meetings, provided it gives the notice required by statute.

Regular meetings begin with a time for Board members to engage in dialogue with the public. These discussions may include any topic except items on the agenda for that meeting and personnel matters.

    Minutes and Agenda

For hard copies of School Board minutes and agenda, e-mail Ms Donna Zink [dzink @ mccsc.edu] in the Office of the Superintendent. Depending upon the application version, the size of the file, and the speed of the transfer, PDF® files may, initially, take awhile. Subsequent selections should be quicker.

    About the Board

Occasionally, a meeting time or place may be changed. Meeting announcements and/or changes are publicized in advanced via news media releases.

Any member of the community is invited to attend these meetings and speak to issues on the agenda. At the end of the meeting, non-agenda items, comments and questions are welcome.
